In an effort to elevate the Tapestry International Women’s Network, we aim to create a website that reflects the warmth and strength of our diverse community. Our redesigned platform will focus on connecting women across cultures through impactful events, mentorship opportunities, and a spirit of giving back. By moving away from generic templates, this site will exude a story-driven narrative that captivates visitors and inspires engagement.
Emphasizing Real Stories and Authentic Connections
The new design will feature real, multi-generational women-centric photography that showcases the heart of our organization. This approach is meant to emphasize authenticity over stock images, presenting a genuine connection to our audience. With a palette of deep plum, warm gold, and cream, accented with a bright color for calls-to-action, the visual appeal of our site will mirror the vibrancy of our community.
Intuitive Layout and User Experience
Our homepage will be organized for easy navigation and storytelling. Starting with a rotating hero carousel, we will guide visitors through our history and impact stats, followed by information on our signature programs which include International Women’s Day events and our Tapestry Circles. Each section will incorporate generous white space and asymmetric layouts to create a modern, engaging user experience that draws in our audience and encourages participation.
