About Us
Who we are
Tapestry International Women’s Network is a Thunder Bay-based, incorporated, non-profit, grassroots, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to empowering women of all backgrounds, cultures, and generations.
Since 2018, Tapestry has been bringing people together through cultural celebrations, community conversations, mentorship, volunteerism, and collaborative initiatives. We create welcoming spaces where women, newcomers, youth, international students, and community members can connect, share experiences, build friendships, develop confidence, and contribute meaningfully to community life.
Rooted in the belief that diversity strengthens communities, Tapestry celebrates the unique stories, talents, and experiences that each person brings.
